Trail Overview

An easy drive just off a fork from FR 10. A few twists and turns through the trees take you to a spectacular camping area right on the water. This one-vehicle-wide dirt road will bring you over a bridge and through the woods- some parts on foot, others on wheels. Foot traffic is welcome to cross this Old Job Road three-quarters of the way down, as it will lead you straight to the Appalachian and Long Trail. Towards the end, you'll find a large parking lot to pull off. At the end, you'll come upon a gate where only snowmobiles shall pass during the winter season, while the rest of the time, either on foot or by bicycle.
