Trail Overview

Wolverine Loop Road has a northern entrance and a southern entrance. This trail consists of gravel and a class 2 trail rating. Wet conditions may provide some water crossings and muddy conditions. The trail leads to some spectacular views and amazing features that few may ever lay their eyes upon. The spur routes leading off of Wolverine Loop Road do provide some dispersed camping.

Road was in great condition but super dusty. There are some sandy parts to drive through and some rocky sections where you’ll want high clearance. Also glad I had good off road tires given the rocks. Saw several other people driving and hiking the trail for the petrified logs. No cell service. Escalante visitor center has great information on road conditions in the monument. Highly recommend he king with them before going on any of the roads
