Trail Overview
Wash and Dry consists of Trail 106, Flat Canyon Tie 1084, and 1084A. This trail starts in Flat Canyon wash and follows the wash back into the canyon. There are lots of interesting rock formations to look at as you go. You will gradually climb up in elevation as this trail goes in and out of the wash as it winds back. After the turn onto 1084A, the trail gets steep with no way to see over until you start down. It becomes narrower, with some tight turns, and rock ledges to climb up. You should walk a couple of the steep grades to see what is over the top.
Difficulty
There are several steep grades that have no visibility over the other side until you start down. There are a couple of rock ledges to climb to continue on the trail. The first part of the trail is in the wash and not recommended in inclement weather. With the possibility of flash flooding, do not ride during monsoon rains. Not recommending this trail for any vehicle over 70 inches wide, or high clearance 4x4's, because of the turns to go down the grades.
