Sheep Creek - FS 70051

Sheep Creek (FS 70051), also known as Ray's Valley Road, provides access further into the mountains. Expect the landscape not to be the typical pines and aspens of the surrounding area, but more tall grasses, brush, and junipers. The road is wide enough for two vehicles, mostly a mix of gravel and dirt, and mostly well-maintained except for sections of washboarding. There are also some very beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and valleys in the area.
