Trail Overview

This maintained dirt road travels from the east to the west side of the Cedar Mountain Wilderness Area, offering a scenic route through high desert terrain. Along the way, you'll see several offshoot roads that are closed to motorized travel--these are clearly marked, so please respect the restrictions. The road climbs to elevations near 6,000 feet and may experience snow in winter or become muddy during storms.
