Trail Overview

The Pinchot Trail traverses mainly East to West and travels across portions of an old road which is no longer in service. The trail is unmaintained and can be difficult to traverse in inclement weather. It passes alongside a hill that has experienced mud slides in the past and can sometimes be difficult to negotiate.

Rocky, rutted and off-camber trail with erosion after inclement weather, Loose rocks, and obstacles up to 12 inches tall, including small washes across the road, Can be very slick and difficult in inclement weather.
