Trail Overview

This trail branches off of Hickerson Park - Birch Creek trail and heads North to where it dead-ends at the parking lot and boat ramp for Long Park Reservoir. This trail is a well-maintained gravel road that has no major obstacles and stays two vehicles wide for most of the trail. This trail travels through the forest, passing by a few camp spots and short spurs before it reaches the reservoir, which can be accessed down a couple of the spurs as well as from the main parking lot and boat ramp area. This trail is open to all vehicles and has no seasonal closure, but may be impassable due to deep snow during the winter months.
