Jones Ranch South - FS 8123

Trail Overview

Jones Ranch South is a short connecting trail in the Payson/Mount Nebo single-track system. This trail branches off from the east end of Rock Spring and continues traveling east for 0.7 miles. It finally ends in a field next to FS 015 (paved road). This field is frequently used for camping, so be aware of dogs, kids, etc. here. Jones Ranch South crosses a few fields and several patches of aspen woods along the way. There are very few rocks along this route; however, the trail does have some short plant overgrowth along the sides. The ground surface is primarily packed and powdery dirt.

Difficulty

This is a short, easy trail with hardly any rocks and no roots. The only thing to watch out for is logs in the undergrowth on either side of the track.
