Trail Overview

Interstate Sprint is a 4.3-mile track that runs parallel to I-80. It starts in the parking area north of the Delle exit and terminates where Jackson Road intersects the train tracks. This is a high-speed trail through a mixture of sand and dirt. The route is mostly flat, but it does cross over several dunes. Beware of oncoming traffic, as most of the hills are blind.

Difficulty

This trail is relatively easy without any real obstacles. A loose sand/dirt surface is the only hazard.

Pretty easy beginner trail with some optional technical offshoots. There was a pool of tar in the middle of one section, so watch out for that.
