Trail Overview

This trail runs between Tom's Best Spring Road (BLM 33001A-30117) and Flake Swale (FSR 30293), aka Gussie Draw. This fun trail follows a seasonal creek bed through pines and open grassy plains. This trail is north of Bryce Canyon. If you look in the distance, you will see the signature orangy color in the mountains in the national park. You can find flowers as well as antelopes along this trail.

Difficulty

This trail is mainly easy. Along the creek, there are areas with ruts, and you might be slightly off camber in a couple of spots. This all adds to the fun of the drive. You may need 4 wheel drive in inclement weather, as the trail could get slick and sloppy.
