Trail Overview

Fin Little Wash is a challenging area that has been severely impacted by recent thunderstorms. This wash has areas of very large rocks, ledges, and narrow sections that can make the road impassable for wider vehicles. The county routinely comes in during the spring with a dozer to widen one area that is exceptionally narrow with a significant drop on one side. This wash has been advanced for the upcoming jamboree. It is recommended that your vehicle have at least 14 inches of clearance or good skid plates to protect the vehicle undercarriage. The wash is beautiful and a fun challenge for those seeking this type of adventure. There are other roads of lesser difficulty if you want to explore this area.

About a mile from the top the trail is washed out. Dirt bikes are the only one that could get through. Even a 50” machine would be very risky.
