Trail Overview

FR31006 is a 4.3-mile unmaintained hard-pack dirt and rock trail rated 2 of 10 located in the Dixie National Forest, Pine Valley Ranger District. This trail is predominately used as a cross-connect trail between Water Canyon Trail (FR30002) and Pine Road (FR30001). FR31006 crosses open country and several small (usually dry) washes. Visitors should plan carefully and be prepared for backcountry travel conditions. This trail is not recommended during winter as snow accumulates above 5,000 feet. Don't expect cell phone reception in this area; the nearest services are in Enterprise or Veyo.
