Trail Overview

Bone Hollow (FR 70019) is a narrow road with a few bumps and some ruts up to two feet deep. Expect loose rocks on the trail about the size of baseballs and some amazing views from alpine meadows surrounded by aspen trees. There aren't many established dispersed camp sites along the trail, but camping is permitted 150 feet from the center of the trail. Cell service is spotty at best.

Very scenic ride leading to the trail. Being up on the ridge you can see Francis, Deer Valley East and mount Timp. Bone Hollow FR 19 simply feels like a road that doesn't get much action. A little off camber, water ravaged in other places. Definitely a blue but not hard by any extreme. A lot of bouncing through the trees.

One tricky section that’ll most likely require higher clearance towards the dead end at the bottom. Maybe passible with 2wd, locker/lsd and good tires. Def less treacherous than Spring Canyon Trail.
