Trail Overview

This short trail connects the Virgin River Gorge Overlook trails to the Bearclaw Claw Poppy trail. This is an easy trail - nothing of difficulty to note. You will come to a gate that should otherwise be opened, but it could be closed as well. There is beautiful desert scenery in every direction. The trail is unmaintained in wet and winter conditions.

The trail is rather smooth, but there are some rough patches with ruts on the downhill of the west side as well as the beginning side on the west side. The rating is a 2 due to ruts under 12 in and shelf road.
