Trail Overview
The 520 track connects 505 to 518 in the 5 Mile Pass OHV area. Near the Northern end of 505, Trail 520 branches off to the West and continues for 3.3 miles before hooking back East into 518. This track is wide open and enlarges to double track width in some areas. The ground is a mix of loose dirt, sand, tiny gravel, and a section of golf ball-sized rocks. The trail goes through a ravine at one point, filled with tumbleweeds at an overhead height. This area may require a bypass depending on the time of year.
