Trail Overview

Trail 8D - A trail of the Rock Run Recreation Area. Trail 8D is an original trail to the park. It should be able to be traversed by anyone on a motorcycle, ATV, or SxS. Trail 8D is a little shorter than 1/10th of a mile and is part of the larger network at the park. This trail is dirt, rocks, and areas of grass. You may encounter some washouts and minor rutting in a few locations. Trail 8D is a connector or shortcut trail between Trails 8, 8C, and 7A. It is mostly one vehicle wide with areas to pass. This trail is open to bikes, ATVs, and SxSs. The trail travels through mostly open meadows and is on a small grade. This is a two-way trail and offers a different experience riding it in both directions. Trail driven and documented in June 2025.
