Trail 4D - Rock Run Recreation Area

Trail 4D – Canyon Pass - A trail of Rock Run Recreation Area. Trail 4D – Canyon Pass - is an original trail to the facility. It should be able to be traversed by anyone on a motorcycle, ATV, or SxS with some skill. Trail 4D is just over a tenth of a mile in length and is part of the larger network at the park. Trail 4D intersects with Trail 4E on one end and Trail 4 on the other. This trail is both embedded and loose rocks, along with potential rutting in locations. Canyon Pass gets its name as it travels up a “Canyon”. The end that intersects with Trail 4 is a short and very steep grade. In this location, you will encounter loose stones and dirt, and have potential traction issues for some machines. This trail is one way and only travels the steep grade from the lower to the higher elevation. Trail 4D is open to bikes, ATVs, and SxS’s. Trail driven and documented in March 2026.
