Trail Overview
Trail 2- A trail of the Rock Run Recreation Area. Trail 2 is an original trail to the park. It is one of the rockier trails in the facility and should be able to be traversed by most riders on bike, ATV, or SxS with a little skill and patience. At approximately 1 mile in length, this trail is part of the large network in one of the rockier sections of the park. Mostly loose rocks and dirt, you will encounter some standing water in locations, as well as several areas with larger rocks and obstacles under 18 inches. It is a narrow trail, one vehicle wide in most locations, with areas to pass. There are loose rocks and several grades on this trail, along with tight turns. There is a bridge on this trail, one of 3 in the park, and it is limited to 62 inches. This trail is open to bikes, ATVs, and SxSs. The trail travels through wooded locations with some limited vistas into the neighboring valley. This is a two-way trail and offers a different experience riding it in both directions. Trail 2 intersects with a number of other trails, offering various opportunities to create different riding experiences. Trail driven and documented in June 2025.
