Trail Overview

This 5.6 mi trail starts by turning off Sugarloaf Road and runs along the border of Ohiopyle State Park. It begins after turning onto Taylor Road and eventually transitions into Beaver Creek Road and New Beaver Creek Road. The trail consists of a nice mix of light gravel and dirt, with a few hills. A majority of the trail has locations to pull off, but there are narrow sections. Be mindful when traveling in groups and for oncoming vehicles.

it's not that difficult, but it was definitely a bit rutted out.

The section of the trail between the intersection with Martin Rd to Taylor Rd is definitely not a 2 rating. It was very washed out and rutted, was more comfortable driving it aired down. I considered 4-low at a few points. Drove it in my pretty stock F-150 FX4.
