Trail Overview

Mountain Ridge ATV Park Singletrack BA is a challenging 1.4-mile dirt bike trail winding through the forests of Somerset, Pennsylvania. Running south from the Ridge Trail intersection near the park office to Jay's Run, this singletrack climbs from 2,418 to 2,616 feet. The route starts with tight switchbacks, slick roots, and rock ledges before transitioning into a demanding rock garden.

Difficulty

You will experience lots of elevation change with frequent switchbacks at first; some of which will have ledges, roots, and rocks in the way. Toward the end of the section you will come into a large rock garden that will offer some technical riding, but good line choices will make navigation manageable.
