Approached this using Graham Road from north to South, making a right turn onto T449/Hyner River Road. There are a lot of posted signs at this end and it is not obvious that this is in fact a legitimate road and not just private property. The trail was grown up and in for the first 1/4 mile. You Def need something with ground clearance and cannot be afraid of getting scratches on your vehicle. We rode this on dual sport motorcycles and it was fine. Once you get to the RR crossing at the east/south end it is just a normal back/dirt road. We saw 3 bald eagles along the river.

Really nice drive along the river, couple puddles here and there, has the potential to flood.
