Trail Overview

Crucible 2 is an extension of Crucible trail. It's about 3X longer and more difficult than the original trail. Large rocks, a couple loose climbs, a long exit hill climb to a rock bowl that ends the trail. 40s and lockers recommended minimum. Be prepared for self-recovery and breakage.

History

This trail was originally cut by the Fingerlakes4x4 crew in fall of 2024. It was trimmed, signed, and marked officially in 2026.
