Old George - Davison Forest Road

This easy dirt road climbs steadily to beautiful sweeping views of the surrounding rolling hills before continuing into the dense woods of Jersey Hill State Forest. The route is very scenic and offers excellent opportunities to spot wildlife. During our drive, we encountered a couple of small bucks along the road. The surface is smooth for most of the route, making for a relaxing drive through the forest. A short spur road leads to a large, flat campsite tucked among the trees. The site is wide open, making it an excellent option for larger vehicles or groups.
