Goodhines Road

This minimum-maintenance road travels through a quiet section of forest featuring a mix of mature hardwoods and evergreens. The route consists primarily of a maintained gravel and hard-packed dirt surface with occasional loose stone, shallow washboarding, and wet areas following periods of rain. Drivers will encounter gentle curves, rolling terrain, and several gradual changes in elevation while on this route. The road is generally suitable for SUVs and trucks with plenty of room to move over for oncoming vehicles. This is not an ATV-accessible route. During the winter months, the road becomes part of the local snowmobile trail system and may be closed to wheeled vehicle traffic depending on seasonal conditions and local regulations.
