Trail Overview

This gravel and dirt forest road is a little bumpy as it climbs and descends through the hills, offering a fun and scenic drive through a mix of dense woods and open areas with views of the surrounding hills. The route provides access to additional hiking and equestrian trails, and wildlife is common. We spotted several deer along the way, so keep an eye out as you drive. This is another multi-use trail, so be aware of horseback riders, bicyclists, and hikers. RVs and camping trailers are not permitted on this road. There are some minor ruts and decent-sized puddles that can form after rain, and the soft shoulders and ditches along the road can easily pull a vehicle off the trail, so be sure to stay on the main road.
