Purple 197 is a non-directional trail, so you can run it from either end. This trail has a total of 3 exits or entrances depending on which way you are coming from. If running from the top where it meets with Sasquatch Way you can use either Yellow 198 or Green 196 as a bailout point.

Difficulty

The top of the trail from Sasquatch Way is an easy trail with steep points of entrance or exit. Past Yellow 198 is where the trail becomes very challenging. The rock ledges are up to 3 feet tall and narrow. Body damage has occurred here before. Rollovers are a possibility depending on which way you are running on the rocks. Shorter wheelbases may have a more challenging time with the obstacle than longer wheelbases.
