Trail Overview
Horseshoe is a rocky trail with areas that are off-camber and have steep grades down. This trail will also have areas of water erosion and mud. There is a small rock ledge obstacle before coming to the V-notch obstacle. This trail connects at the bottom to a difficult trail called Giddy Up. You will need to make a hard left turn at the bottom to stay on Horseshoe. Horseshoe will connect to the bottom of the Chuckwagon loop.
Difficulty
This trail has off-camber areas with water erosion and mud as well as steep grades down. 4WD and low range are recommended. There is a small rock ledge obstacle just before coming to a V-notch obstacle. The right line must be picked for the vehicle when at the V-notch, otherwise there will be body damage. You will need a front sway bar that can be disconnected (or something like an anti-rock sway bar), a minimum of 2.5-inch lift, & 35-inch tires for the best chance of articulation and ground clearance.
