Trail Overview

Hixon Hollow 177 is located just outside of the racetrack area of the park. This is a non-directional trail so you can run it from either direction. However, it may be easier to run from the top down depending on your wheelbase. This trail does connect to Yellow 166 at the top.

Difficulty

The top of this trail, where it connects with Yellow 166 is more of a yellow trail due to how steep it is. The main and major obstacle on this trail is at the bottom. There is a rock ledge of up to 6 feet tall that comes down to a V-notch. If you do not pick the right line then you could drag the body of your vehicle against the higher rock section.
