Gateway 70

Trail Overview

This trail provides access to a newly developed area of the park and includes a water crossing that should be approached with caution. Water depth can vary depending on recent rainfall, and high levels may make it impassable. When water levels are low, the rocky base is visible. Beyond the crossing, most of the trails in this section are prone to mud, especially after wet weather.

Difficulty

The water crossing can become problematic during or after heavy rains, but under drier conditions, the rocky base is exposed, offering good traction. On the far side, expect soft, muddy terrain that may require 4WD and careful throttle control.
