Trail Overview

Cakewalk is a steep and rocky climb up to the southern end of the West Ridge North trail. Most of its surface is loose small rocks with more than a few larger rocks along its length. Even with lockers, this climb can be difficult due to the loose rocky surface.

Access Description

Entering the West Ridge South trail from the creek, the Cakewalk trail is a branch off to the right. It reconnects to West Loop North at the top of the climb.
