Trail Overview

This trail is a long stretch of what can easily be turned into a loop trail. The South Mandan trail is a hard surface trail of mixed rock that you can take many detours off of to explore the Keweenaw. There are a lot of holes to gather water making it better to travel after a rain to keep the dust down.

Difficulty

While the trail is smaller and intended for SxS and ATVs, there are shared areas where larger vehicles can share the trail. Other areas are gated so only SxS and smaller can fit. Nothing is real technical and all water holes can be easily navigated with the hard bottoms.
