NFS 9850

NFS 9850 is an easy out-and-back offroad trail located within the Manistee National Forest. It twists and turns up and down the 2-track as it crosses over the Holton Loop Motorcycle Trail. Most of the trail consists of sand with some dirt. Like most Michigan trails, conditions are dependent on the weather. Recent rainfall can cause mud/water holes that can get rutted out quickly. Most of this trail is only wide enough for 1 vehicle with limited places to pass. Regardless of the conditions, this is a fun trail that ends at a lake and another trail, West Shore Smt DNR 19! You can also take NFS 9180 from this trail.
