Merritt Cutover

Merritt Cutover is a single-lane, two-track dirt/sand/mud. The trail is part of the Cadillac Forest Management Unit and gives you the opportunity to see wildlife and explore Pure Michigan. This track is a nice ride with some mud/sand in spots. The trail has changed and ended up being an in-and-out with a good turnaround. This trail is mostly made up of pines and hardwoods. Remember to stay on the trails and follow the tread lightly principles.
