Trail Overview

McKinley Road starts out as a two-lane road, then goes to a seasonal two-track dirt/sand with a big washout at the time the track was run. The trail is part of the Gladwin Forest Management Unit and gives you the opportunity to see wildlife and explore Pure Michigan. This trail is a nice ride with some sand in spots. The trail can be run in either direction and ends at Keehn Road on this adventure. This trail is mostly made up of pines and hardwoods. Remember to stay on the trails and follow the tread lightly principles.
