Trail Overview

Markey is part of a larger grid and provides access to several other trails. It is a single-lane dirt and sand surface that offers no difficulty navigating the trail. There are a couple of areas that could hold water after a significant rain. There are a few areas along the route that offer opportunities to camp off the grid in the Pine and hardwood forest. The trail is smooth and straight, so take your time and enjoy the views.
