Trail Overview

This is a nice bowl to climb down into and back up with multiple paths all leading to the same spot, all while your spectators are looking on. It's another large area with many different hills to climb with multiple levels of difficulty, which will also vary depending on the season and weather. The trails are generally dry and sandy, but during the winter months, they can become slick. Eagles have been spotted many times as well. There are plenty of mud and water holes to play in as long as it's not the colder winter months. Expect a few elevated hills to climb on the trail that are unavoidable.

Difficulty

There are some deep water holes, but some do have a trail to get around. Some of the bigger hills are not difficult, but depending on weather, can be difficult for a beginner.

Most of the trail is flat and sandy. No real obstacles or challenges outside of two or three hard packed dirt hills to climb. This trail should probably be rated a 1.5 on the difficulty scale. 95% of it can be done in 2wd and 4 lo is never needed.

Closed for winter due to route including snowmobile routes. As well this route is not a state issued route and includes entering an area known on Google Maps as the desert. Check with base to see if this has been reopened yet. The base has instructed us that this area is closed for a project. The base refers to this desert area as engineer valley. As well verify it is covering legal state trails before using the personalized path.

Very dusty and dry, and a little washboardy. Not many other people out on the trailer though.
