Trail Overview

Grand Traverse West offers a wide variety of terrain. You'll flow through fast, open sections that quickly transition into tighter, more technical stretches. Expect to encounter classic giant Michigan whoops and a healthy mix of exposed roots throughout. Keep an eye out for fresh-cut trail segments, as this area has recently undergone some rerouting.

Difficulty

This section is slightly more challenging than others, mainly due to frequent whoops and exposed roots. However, there are no major step-ups or technical obstacles--everything can be rolled over on a bike, making it manageable for most riders with moderate experience.

Sweet ride great trail. No real technical climbs if that's what you're looking for but great flow and fun.
