FS 2488

FS 2488, also known as North Plains, is a narrow single-lane two-track. It's made of dirt and sand and lined with pines and hardwoods. This trail travels through the Hiawatha National Forest with multiple trails in this area that mimic each other. The little town of Wetmore, Michigan, is approximately 7 miles north of these trails and has fuel. There is limited cellphone service in this area.
