Fern Way

This is a sandy dirt two-track that winds its way through the Atlanta forest area. It connects two other trails that are part of a network of trails in the area. There is loose sand in some areas as well as some gravel sections and minor elevation changes. Keep track of your surroundings as there are limited spots to pull over for oncoming traffic. Named for the beautiful ferns that grow along it, this trail also offers a couple of great locations to pull over and enjoy a picnic.
