State Line Ridge (7)

This trail runs along the mountain range dividing Idaho and Montana. Another trail in this area with stellar views! The track starts in tighter woods with some slower turns. As you head North towards Burke Summit, it gets very narrow as you traverse a hillside. There isn't much room for error. Soon you'll be above Upper Glidden Lake. From here, the trail has several switchbacks and a scree crossing before you arrive at the lake. The trail then continues and is slightly overgrown to Cooper Pass. Be careful for hikers in this area.
