Trail Overview

This 11.3-mile point-to-point trail takes you past Black Mountain up to the rolling meadows at the base of Slacks Mountain. This is a great summer trail to get away from the heat. This trail has great views of the Owyhee Mountain range. Depending on winter snowfall trail could be impassable through late May. This trail is passable by most stock 4WD vehicles.

You can expect to see loose rocks and steep grades as well as washes less than 12" in depth.

Easy trail for my wife’s 4XE Wrangler! A couple of dry deep holes but plenty of room to go around. A lot of rocks so you will slide in 2WD going up hills, but if you keep the momentum up you will be fine.

Easy trail but can get very muddy in the meadow sections. Otherwise pretty rocky gravel road
