Trail Overview

Just outside of Wallace Idaho, this is a wonderfully colorful route during the fall. Reds, oranges, and greens dominate the landscape. When one reaches the top, there is the most amazing panoramic view of the Idaho/Montana ranges. The terrain is easy for an SxS but a bit more challenging for a Jeep or larger. This is a great hunting range and the many rivers in the area are great for fly fishing.

I would agree with John's initial submission. Easy trail for a SxS, maybe a 3 for a Jeep, you probably only need 10-12 inches of clearance in a few sections. Beautiful trail, loved the colors, and even though there was a little smoke in the air the views were great. Definitely recommended.
