Trail Overview

This route starts at the Rainey Creek Trailhead and makes a loop over the top to Dry Canyon and out Mike Spencer. There are 2 creeks that do get a little deep in the spring. The trail has a few switchbacks and lots of rocks. A lot of people use this trail for horseback riding so be watchful for them.

The streams can get deep and the tight switchbacks with the rocks makes this trail hard to ride.

There are a lot of downed trees on this trail. They are very large trees and make the single track very difficult. Somebody needs to bring a chainsaw in and clear the stuff out if they’ve got some time.
