Trail Overview
The Rainbow Creek ATV Trail is about a 3-mile loop off of the Corrals ATV Trail and is very similar in terrain and difficulty. From the north entrance to the loop, it winds up through a pine tree forest, gaining 600 feet elevation, with a few wide sweeping hairpin turns that are gradual and smooth. It has small shale-like pieces of rock in the trail, but no obstacles. When it reaches its highest point, it winds back down to another intersection with Corrals ATV Trail. The downhill has a few sections that are a bit rockier, and small creek crossings over the Rainbow Creek, but all of these features are easy to navigate for all skill levels on any ATV. It's a fun way to make a loop on a new trail if already riding the Corrals ATV trail which adds a tiny bit more challenge. This trail is open 5/1 - 11/30.
Difficulty
This is an easy ATV trail because it has easy features that are navigable for novice riders, such as wide sweeping turns, small creek crossings, and easy rock sections.
