Trail Overview
This is a 0.7-mile ATV trail that connects Wet Henderson Motorized Trailhead to the Patterson Motorized Trailhead. It's mostly used by dirt bikers to connect single-track zones because it doesn't connect to any other ATV trails. On the north end, there's a tricky rocky climb at the beginning, where the trail goes up a steep short slope full of big embedded rocks, that is rutted, with loose dirt and roots. There are a lot of split lines, however, winding through the trees, and it's a bit confusing which one is the actual trail. After the initial rocky spot, it's more flowy, but still with some moderate root obstacles and ruts that ATVs will have to straddle. It climbs up steeply for the first half, then steeply descends to the southern entrance. The descent is pretty troughed, but still pretty wide. Overall, it's a pretty quick connector trail, but with some moderately challenging spots.
Difficulty
This is an intermediate ATV trail because of the initial rocky climb, and rutted and root-filled sections of the trail. After the initial climb on the north end, the rest of the trail is more of an Easy difficulty.
