Outlaw Pass Road - C97

C97 is a fairly dry and manageable trail with generally easy travel conditions. East of the creek, drivers will encounter a large sandy mud hole followed by a deep, bumpy water crossing that can become significantly more difficult after rain. During periods of heavy runoff, water levels may exceed 3 feet, making the crossing more technical and potentially hazardous. Conditions can vary quickly, so caution is advised, especially after recent storms. Overall, C97 is an easy route in dry weather with a single challenging obstacle that can escalate in wet conditions.
