W27 follows the high ground and serves as a bypass connecting to the Blue Trail W23 and accessible from the Coldwater Horse Trail. This route is periodically maintained, but drivers should still expect sections of deep muddy ruts and occasional mud holes—especially during the spring and summer months when wet conditions make them more abundant.
