Trail Overview

This trail is an out-and-back that consists of mostly sand and dirt, which can become slippery after rain. Along this trail, you will find a nice picnic/campsite right next to the New River, as well as a few lesser-defined dispersed sites. Once you get to the end, you will be met by an old decommissioned bridge that spans the river.

This Trail Starts of dry but even when there hasn’t been rain the north part gets really muddy and when it’s wet gets very difficult, use caution.
