Trail Overview

Texas Canyon Road is the north fork continuing from Rush Canyon Road. During most of the year, this road is an easy road to get to Rowher Flats black diamond trail and the open play area in Rowher Flats OHV area in 2WD. During wet seasons and snow season, the road can become very rutted and washed out with multiple water build-ups and deep muddy areas where 4WD is recommended. There are multiple trail crossings for dirtbikes and quads from the trails specified for them, so be aware that they can unexpectedly come from a side of this road. Aside from that, the road is very wide for the most part, so other vehicles have plenty of space to go by. Cell service in the area is good, and there are gas stations within six miles of this road. There are also public restrooms and tables located at the start and end of the road.

Trails was good not to many people around , a few guys on dirt bikes so make sure to watch for them and let them know how many are behind you, did most the trial with ease had to have my buddy help with my lines in a few spots but did the whole trail in a 2wd veh , just take it slow and don’t rush , if you wanna try some more difficult stuff make sure you have a friend with a winch as you can see in my photos I got stuck in a rut but nothing major fun trail with some difficult areas and rougher roads was able to make it up and out no problem
