Trail Overview

Starting off the Highway 395 feeder south of Brady's Mini Mart, this connector delivers you to the trail accessing Short Canyon Trailhead as well as other trails in the area. Sandy surface alternates between loose and hard-packed sections, creating variable traction conditions. Vegetation mixes creosote bushes with other flora, including lots of seasonal wildflowers that transform the landscape with color during bloom periods. This functional connector serves its purpose without pretense, linking highway access to canyon destinations.
